OUTBOUND Design ("we", "us", "our") is a web design and digital marketing agency based in Perth, Western Australia. We build websites, booking systems, and marketing automation for small businesses.

- Project details — information about your business and requirements shared during our conversations
- Website analytics — anonymous usage data (pages visited, time on site) via privacy-respecting analytics

Where we store it
Your data is stored on secure, Australian-hosted or reputable international cloud services (Google Workspace, Vercel, Stripe). We do not store sensitive payment information — all payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Third-party services
Our website and services may use:
- Vercel — website hosting
- Google Fonts — typography (no cookies, no tracking)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Workspace — email and file storage
Your rights
Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
